Below are a few statements from athletes I have coaches, parents, and colleagues. I feel good about the results that I can help you achieve. Making progress is one of the more enjoyable things we can do; as good as you feel about the progress you make, I might just feel even better.
Coach Abts is one of the most committed and hard working people that I have gotten a chance to know. His work ethic and care for individuals bettering themselves still influences me today, and his coaching/training amongst others are the reason why working hard in and out of the gym has become second nature to me.

My name is David Wesley and I'm currently a wrestler at Virginia Tech. Mr. Abts helped me a ton with my lifting and wrestling career while he coached me at St. Christopher's School in Richmond, VA. He is an extremely nice guy who truly cares about helping others. An example of this would be when he grew out his hair for a year for the Locks of Love Foundation. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in bettering themselves to join his gym.

Micaiah was a terrific colleague when we taught together. Always enthusiastic and upbeat, he was a great role model and motivator for his students and players.
Hill Brown
Micaiah was one of my favorit coaches I ever had the privilege of training with. Whether it was in the wrestling room or the weight room Micaiah knew how to get the most out of me and the others around me. Even during the most difficult workouts Micaiah was always there doing his best to make it fun, but also pushing us to achieve everything he knew we could. Most importantly, Micaiah was always there to pick you up when you fell short of your goals.
